Fixed Price Support
It's important to keep track of spending in any business. That's why at The Ark we want to make that process as easy as possible for you. All Ark services are included in one fixed monthly fee, there are no extras. We will discuss with you and recommend a suitable number of monthly support hours that meet the needs of your business. Should you not use all those hours they can be carried over to the following month or "banked" if you have a planned project in the future for which you require our services. Of course if you need more hours in a hurry then these can be purchased at a discounted rate, ensuring you always have the service you need, when you need it.
HelpDesk & Onsite Support
The Ark aims to provide a no-hassle solution to your IT problems. One phone call (or by completing our online fault request form) is all it should take to get your problem solved. Your problem will be dealt with initially by one of our highly trained representatives, who will attempt initial resolution of your fault or request. If a "hands-off" fix is not possible, we will dispatch one of our engineers to your site without fuss. Once the fault or request has been dealt with we will check it is to your satisfaction and close the call.
Backup Monitoring
Your data backup is the most important aspect of your network. In the event of server failure, a verified and tested backup will ensure against loss of your important data. As part of your service agreement with The Ark we will ensure your backups are working correctly and that the correct procedures are in place should the worst happen. Ensuring your IT systems are backed up and running as quickly and as smoothly as possible.
Health Check
Prevention is better than cure. That is why as part of your service agreement with The Ark, we will provide a monthly "Health Check" of your network and Infrastructure. This is partly done remotely from our offices and partly onsite, to minimise disruption to your day to day operations. The following details what is incorporated in your health check:

Quarterly Status Meeting
We understand that the day to day running of your network is of utmost importance, and this is where our priority lies. As part of providing you with feedback on your IT infrastructure we aim to meet with you on a quarterly basis to discuss the provision of our service and to ensure it meets your business needs. During this time we will openly discuss ongoing issues, and will work with you to implement improvements.
